Returns and Refunds

If an item is faulty please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item and provide pictures to the email address: info@sageandbayinteriors.co.uk
Many of our items are made out of glazed ceramic meaning that there could be slight imperfections, such as air bubbles, additionally products may differ slightly from the product photos, in colour, shape and size, as natural materials are used. However, this does not mean the item is faulty it instead makes each one perfectly unique.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have the right to return an item within 14 days of receipt.
We aim to process all refunds within 10 working days of receiving the goods, but this may be longer during busy periods.
To receive a full refund the items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, Sage & Bay Interiors reserves the right to deny a refund if the item is not received in the original condition.
Sage & Bay Interiors accept no liability of postage when returning an item and therefore suggest that you use a tracked service.
