Delivery

We aim to post all orders within 3 working days from receiving the order.

During busy periods please allow us up to 7 working days for despatch. 

Any order placed after 12pm on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays will not begin to be processed until the next working day.

Orders will be shipped using the Royal Mail, Parcel Force and DPD depending on the size and weight of the items. 

Once dispatched the courier will contact you regarding the status of your delivery and any changes you wish to make to the delivery should be done through the courier. 

If your address is not validated by our courier your order will be cancelled and a refund issued.

All timelines are aims by the courier and not guarantees. 

United Kingdom

Orders under £65 are charged a £4.25 fee for postage.

Orders £65 and over have free postage  

Please ensure you input the correct address when ordering as Sage & Bay Interiors accept no liability when the wrong address has been provided. 

Please be aware that if you choose to have your parcel delivered to a safe place Sage & Bay Interiors accept no liability and will not issue refunds, you should contact the courier with any issues.
