Delivery
Can I change my delivery information?
If your order has not yet been dispatched then please contact us at: info@sageandbayinteriors.co.uk and we will try our best to sort out the issue. However, Sage & Bay Interiors will not be held responsible for any mistakes with delivery information.
Can I ship my parcel to another address as a gift?
We are more than happy to ship items to a different address than the billing address, please provide us with the delivery address that you would like your parcel sent to and we will post it straight to the recipient.
Do you ship outside the United Kingdom?
We do not currently ship outside the United Kingdom. For information on delivery please refer to our Delivery Page.

Order Enquires
Can I add items to my order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched then we will try our best to add your desired items to your order, please contact us at: info@sageandbayinteriors.co.uk and we can arrange how a payment will be made for the additional items. In some cases it maybe possible to add additional items to your order without incurring additional postage charges however this is not a guarantee.
I have placed an order but have forgotten to use a discount code.
Unfortunately we are unable to retrospectively apply discount codes.
Care Guide
Can I microwave or put my items in the dishwasher?
As many of our items are made from metals, ceramic and wood we do not advise that your items are used in a dishwasher or microwave and instead recommend that they should be hand washed only. Sage & Bay Interiors will not be held responsible for any damaged items if they have been used in a dishwasher, microwave or in any other situation that would expose them to extreme heat. We also advise that you wash your items before use.
